What Is Fatigue?Generally, at times, the body of a person is not able to function normally and the body feels very tired and just feels to rest itself, when it feels exhausted completely. This is due to overuse of muscles and insufficient energy for the body to work normally. This state of condition is known as fatigue. Though this is only a temporary health disorder, care should be taken to cure this health problem. This is also known as lethargy, languidness, languor and lassitude. Usually, this state of body is felt by all human beings, when the body is unable to function to its normal performance. Fatigue Categories and SymptomsThere are two categories in this fatigue and they are called mental and physical. If a person is suffering from the physical weakness, it would not be a problem and when proper rest is given to the body, it would become perfect to function normally. But, it is difficult to recover from the mental strain and it would take time for the person to recover from the mental weakness. At times, they would feel sleepiness, when they have this health problem. Various reasons have been given to this problem and it is necessary to diagnose the problem to provide the required treatment. When the muscles of the body weaken, the body loses its power to extract energy from the muscles and shows inability to cope up with the mind to obey the instructions of the mind. It is important for all the people to have mental strength to command the body to take the job. Most of the times, the body manages by itself to proceed with instructions of the mind. When the body loses required energy, only the mind of the person thinks about the job, which is not implemented by the body. There are experienced physical trainers to provide special exercise to the suffering persons and when they perform the exercises according to the instructions of the trainers, soon they would become normal. Mental fatigue is always a problem for a person, since he would not be able to concentrate constantly with the job. Some jobs are very dangerous and they need perfect concentration to complete the job. Driving, working with machineries are some of the jobs that need deep concentration. Even a few seconds of lack of concentration would lead to the fatal death of the person. When a person is having somnolence, he should be very careful, since it is possible to have micro sleeps, which is dangerous, especially, while handling risky jobs. How To Avoid Fatigue?Clash of thoughts, depression and psychological mental pressure are some of the important reasons for the Fatigue, which needs proper medical treatment for complete recovery of the health problem. It is also possible to lose consciousness, while they suffer from this health disorder and adequate medication should be taken after consultation with the specialized physicians. When the health disorders are attended at early stage, it would be comfortable for the patients and it would help to avoid further health problems to them. |
